Strategic Planning that Works
11:00 AM at Goodman Community Center (Length: 1hr)
A little bit of planning can go a long way in helping a nonprofit move forward.
- Discuss the value of starting from the organization’s ideology, be it rock solid or in need of clarity.
- Explore techniques for engaging stakeholders without losing control over the process.
- Review frameworks for progress that reflect your organization’s unique needs.
The session is led by Melanie Schmidt, who brings nearly 20 years experience helping organizations improve their people and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. She’s helped a variety of nonprofits refocus and recharge through an innovative combination of strategic thinking and practical planning.
